Find a Coach and Become a Coach.

I haven't personally gotten myself involved with it in any way, but I suppose for you finding a coach might prove to be useful.

You're just in luck because I know someone that is willing to mentor you in DOTA 2. He's competed in many well known tournaments throughout his life with his Clan and has won the majority of them.
