coming from the head of the dota 2 team for my clan, let me say this... you should leave yourself open for more than just hard carry for a couple reasons:
community is flooded with "carries" that don't know how to actually carry
    -makes recruiters skeptical of only carry players
team comps don't always call for a 4 protect 1 strat

that's my 2 cents, goodluck on finding a team

DotA 2 Clans / Forming USA intermediate skill level dota 2 team

Forming a dota 2 team for competent dota 2 players that are tired of playing with their bad friends or with pub teams. Need to have teamspeak or ventrillo, and need to be at least 16 years of age. PM me if interested.

Need:
jungler
support
mid solo/ganker
semi carry or hard lane solo
+1 that can fill any role if we're missing a person

as of now, we only need semi carry/short lane solo and a jungler

Hi, my steam name is (PwN)Cha0sTh3ory, and I am an intermediate skill level dota player. I have been playing dota since version 5.2 and am fairly competent at map awareness, last hitting, warding, etc.
My 3 best of different roles:
carry: anti mage - morphling - spectre
int nuker/disabler: invoker - windrunner - rubick
agi/str support: venomancer - wisp - tidehunter
str initiator/disabler: tide - chaos knight - sand king

If you're interested, I have been looking for a team for a while now, and am open to any sort of "try outs" you may have :P
